Rebalance your Equestrian Relationship weekend has been created as a safe haven for your relationship, to give you and your horse the time, space and support to show up as you are and soak up the safety of each other.

It's created with co regulation in mind, and this all starts with creating the environment and support to grow self regulation in you first.

That's why Saturday is HUMAN DAY: Westmeston Parish Hall

Immersing you in the learning & growth of a workshop, the being and shifting of nervous system practices, the connection & chats with likeminded people, and letting it sink in with a healing mindful movement and tapping practice

Days like this can create deep shifts within, they help things unfold, unlock, make sense, shift. Weekenders have experienced physical, emotional & physiological changes from this day, which extends into many areas of their lives and way beyond the weekend.

This is why it's important to nourish you FIRST. So that you can bring this bubble with you, to hold space for your horse in a different way, and be a more steady, adaptable and open presence for them to regulate with.

Sunday is HORSE & RELATIONSHIP DAY.

You will start with the freedom with your horse to explore obstacles, settle in, helping them feel settled in their environment and moving with what their nervous system needs. This day isn't about pressure to get things right but about helping them feel safe with you, and in themselves.

You will then be guided through release work, a tapping session together, and building attunement in your interactions. Through this, you can get to know & connect deeply.

Unlock glimmers, new feelings and ways of being that bring balance to both of you.

This weekend is perfect for anyone wanting to press pause, and find what works best for them. Who is ready to listen deeply to themselves and their horse, and embrace a more mindful approach.

This is a non ridden weekend.
