BOOTCAMP CHAPTER 1 & 2

⭐️ Chapter 1 : Fundamental tension : Focus about different frames (open, close position), sensual connection, back to face position, traveling and active frame.

⭐️ Chapter 2 : Technique of waves : Lateral wave, horizontal wave, diagonal wave with different connections, back to face, focusing on how to lead and how to follow, introduction on parallel/opposite energy, connecting different moves.

⏰ The event will take place at Studio Dans'Harmonie from 1pm until 5pm. We planned 3 hours of class and a few breaks in between to have a little snack and/or drink, that's why the event in total might take up to 4 hours!
