Embark on a powerful journey into the Feminine Way of teaching and practicing Yoga. You will learn about the history of women and yoga, including yogic myths and stories, the role of women in Tantra yoga and the great wisdom Goddesses, the Mahavidyas. You will learn how to work with the “inner yoga” and natural shifts in consciousness that happen during a woman’s life stages and menstrual cycle. You will also learn yoga, dance and meditation practices to support these changes and rites of passage.


What you will learn:
- Menstruality and feminine leadership
- Menstrual Cycle Awareness as a template for supporting women; whether this be through therapy, coaching or simply as a colleague & friend. As well as for sequencing & designing courses
- How trauma and stress specifically impacts women
- Facilitating Women’s Circles
- Embodied movement & practices for self confidence, sexuality & creativity
- Consciously moving through life stages as a source of initiation and power; including peri-menopause
- Navigating critical issues in Yoga including patriarchy, cultural appropriation & body politics and body image
- Women in the history and evolution of yoga
- Goddess traditions & mythic lens and how this informs our contemporary world

- Hatha Yoga to cultivate stamina & presence
