The One-Minute Eye Reading workshop at the Yoga Barn offers a truly transformative experience by integrating ten years of practice by Miao Miao with elements of modern psychology, neuroscience, traditional Chinese medicine, and the principles of the I Ching.

Each session is centered around a specific theme—ranging from exploring personality dynamics and understanding emotional stress to utilizing Chinese moxibustion techniques for unblocking meridians and uncovering subtle physical pain that may affect your overall well-being.

Participants can choose to join individual sessions that resonate most with them or opt for the full four-topic package, allowing for a comprehensive and enriching experience. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Miaomiao began her eye reading journey on Mar. 25, 2016, in Shanghai, China. Since then, she has conducted over 5,500 eye readings with individuals from the world, encompassing a wide age range—from 3-month-old babies to 80-year-old grandparents.  In 2017, she took the stage as a speaker at TEDx. Miaomiao is also an accomplished author, having published two insightful books: "Selecting Business Partners" and "Understanding Children."  She holds master’s degrees in both Psychology and English.   Prior to her current endeavors, she served as an English Lecturer at a prestigious university in China, where she inspired countless students.   In 2013, she participated in the Toastmasters English speech contest with 3000 speakers, and won the top six nationally in China.
