Your Love Embodied Women’s Retreat experience begins with a welcome dinner on Sunday, 13 September, and concludes on Sunday, 20 September, where you’re invited to enjoy breakfast at your leisure before departing.

• Registration/Participation for/in this retreat requires women to be 18 years of age at time of purchasing ticket.

• Participation in this retreat demands a certain level of mobility and fitness due to the nature of the Retreat venues in Ubud. The locations include uneven paths, stairs, and walkways.

• Activities will be conducted on uneven ground, including gaining access to and from the accommodation and retreat activities/or program locations, many of which will involve stairs.

• Spiritual retreats are designed to offer participants an opportunity for reflection, relaxation, spiritual and personal growth. However, it is important to understand the following:

• Love Embodied Women’s Retreats is not intended for, nor should ever be used in place of professional services including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological services.

• Suitability and Health Considerations: Before booking your ticket, please ensure that Love Embodied Women’s Retreats and its content are suitable for you. It is strongly recommended that you seek medical advice to determine if you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in the retreat.

• Payment for the deposit only covers part of the total price of the ticket to the event. The full price is listed in the event description and when purchasing the "ticket".

• By paying the deposit, you commit to a monthly payment plan consisting of equal installments of the remaining balance.

• The first installment is due on the 23 November. If your deposit is paid after 14 November your first instalment will be due the 23rd of the month following your deposit.
• The first instalment is due on the 23rd of the month following your deposit payment.

• The final payment must be made in full by July 23, 2026. By paying the deposit, you agree to pay the monthly invoices as they become due (23rd of each month) and ensure the balance is paid in full by July 23, 2026 and that any late invoices will incur a late fee of AU$20.00 per invoice.

• The Early Bird Offer is available until November 30, 2025. This offer is not applicable to payment plans.
• Payment for the Early Bird offer must be made in full within 30 days of the ticket purchase.
• The one on one session will be provided at retreat with the facilitator deemed most appropriate to meet the needs of the participant and retreat schedule and availability.

• The ticket price includes accommodation and activities provided by Love Embodied Women’s Retreats.
• Costs such as flights, visas, passports, insurance, tourist tax, additional meals and drinks, and other general travel expenses not listed are your responsibility.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• All participants are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. This must specifically protect against out-of-pocket expenses incurred due to inability to attend the retreat for reasons beyond the participant’s control, including but not limited to COVID-19-related disruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Proof of such coverage will be requested and must be provided no later than one month prior to the retreat.

• If the retreat is cancelled by Love Embodied Women’s Retreats, you will receive a full refund.

• You may transfer your registration fees to another person (a transferee) at no additional cost.
• Please note that the original registrant’s $500 non-refundable deposit is not transferable and will be forfeited.
• Written notification must be provided to Love Embodied Women’s Retreat prior to the retreat commencement date.

• While we will strive to ensure no changes occur, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to course dates, details, facilitators, and locations.
