Qi Gong, an ancient Chinese practice focused on cultivating life force energy, will guide you in grounding your energy, bringing balance and clarity into your physical and emotional state. Through slow, mindful movements, you'll learn how to center yourself and stay present in any situation.

We will also delve into the Tuluvi art of contemplative creativity, where energy dynamics, art and creativity become tools for spiritual reflection and personal insight. Throughout the day, we will engage in interactive discussions and exercises that will deepen your understanding of grounding and integration. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Kamau Abayomi is an interdisciplinary artist, mystical arts practitioner and soulful guide. Kamau's arts flow from 25 years of integrated, experiential wisdom rooted in 'Way of One' metaphysics, ancient African cosmology and wabi sabi philosophy. He is a graduate of the 'Gateway Voyage' consciousness studies program, at the world-renowned Monroe Institute and is a certified White Tiger Qi Gong instructor. Kamau has received Harvard University certification in the study of scriptural Buddhism. Since 2019, he has been presenting Tuluvi Arts curations, highlighting creativity as a spiritual development art. Kamau is also an award-winning choreographer, 2x international poetry slam champion, author of a novel and a poetry book and an international recording artist.
