During this five-day Teacher Training Course, you will gain knowledge and a deeper understanding of your body, learning correct alignment and adjustments using the FlyHighYoga belt (included), and benefit from this creative and fun aerial yoga style while mastering the dynamics of teaching aerial yoga to others.
