At the heart of this sweet soirée is a rare meeting of pastry artistry: Angela Lai, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef (2021) and former pastry chef of Taipei’s three-Michelin-starred Taïrroir, renowned for her ethereal creations; and Dayu, Apéritif’s Head Pastry Chef, who artfully weaves Indonesia’s rich flavours into globally inspired confections.

Their creations are like sweet gifts that wrap our 1920s dining hall in warmth and fragrant delight infused with that most essential ingredient: love.
