The hips are more than just joints, they are the body’s emotional vault, storing years of tension, suppressed emotions and past experiences. In this powerful session, Laura blends therapeutic yoga, somatic release, breathwork and mindful movement to unlock stored trauma and restore balance.

Through progressive hips opening sequences, gentle yet profound stretches and guided awareness, you will:
• Release tension and emotional blockages
• Improve mobility and flexibility
• Activate the parasympathetic nervous system, shifting from stress to deep relaxation
• Reconnect with yourself through softness and surrender

Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) will be  introduced, activating the body’s natural tremor response to safely discharge deep-held tension, especially in the pelvic and psoas region. This powerful somatic tool supports the nervous system in releasing stress without needing to revisit the story, allowing for a profound sense of relief and renewal.

This session is designed for anyone carrying physical or emotional tightness, whether from past injuries, stress, or the simple wear of daily life. Expect to leave feeling lighter, freer and deeply in tune with yourself, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Laura is a dedicated guide in embodied healing, blending therapeutic yoga, traditional yogic practices, breathwork and somatic awareness. Her path has been shaped by years of study and personal pilgrimage through India, where she deepened her understanding of yoga as a way of life. With a trauma-informed approach and a deeply intuitive presence, Laura creates safe spaces for release, stillness and reconnection. Her work invites the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and the self to be met, gently, honestly and with care.
