The week includes a mix of Led Primary Series, Mysore-style practice, and a special Moon Day stretch session, allowing practitioners to experience both guided structure and individualized learning.

Throughout the retreat, three dedicated workshops will explore key elements that underpin a stable, intelligent, and sustainable practice.
