We often do not have the proper documents or discussions with our families when they are physically and cognitively able – and as a result, we are left to guess about what they would have wanted. Join us for an informative program led by End-of-Life Doula Chelsea Duckers about ways to help ensure a dying person’s wishes are honored and everyone is prepared for the  journey.
