No previous yoga experience is necessary. However to make the most of the practice, the ability to sit or lay on the floor and get yourself up from the floor on your own,is recommended. Doors for our event will open at 10 a.m. with the content beginning at 10:15 a.m. This location has a full locker-room to change etc. Tentative Schedule : Welcome/Ice Breakers, 75 min Asana "Yoga" Practice , Lunch Break (Bring your own or purchase a smoothie from the Center) ,Discussion Session, Partner & Chakra Balancing Exercises, Gentler Restorative Yoga ending with Guided Yoga Nidra Session.Please note: this is not a Nude Day Retreat.
