Evening Sound Bath

Listen to the sounds of the Tibetan bowl and other instruments whilst you drift away for 60 minutes. Help release any stagnant energy and promote a feeling of well being and balance.

Bring anything that makes you comfortable, mat, blanket, pillow and optional eye mask.

The experience of a therapeutic Sound Journey/Sound Bath/Reiki varies from person to person.

Some people fall asleep, others have a deeper connection and it may help with a reduction in stress and anxiety, improved sleep, a sense of stillness, reduced pain and fatigue.

The session starts with a gentle guided meditation, which allows you to consciously relax and prepare you for the healing vibrational sounds and energetic release. Towards the end of the session, you are guided back to the room by introducing some movement, gradually returning to sit. You will then be shown grounding techniques and aftercare instructions.
