Billy Wayne Davis

Billy Wayne Davis is a veteran stand-up comedian, writer, and storyteller known for his sharp observations, clever social insight, and easy stage presence. Originally from Crossville, Tennessee, Davis has performed in over 40 states and multiple countries, bringing his blend of Southern charm and smart comedy to audiences everywhere. His television credits include appearances on Conan, NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and Comedy Central, and he’s been featured as a guest on popular podcasts such as WTF with Marc Maron. Davis has also contributed voice work and production to Squidbillies and hosted a CMT documentary produced by Morgan Spurlock. He’s shared stages with musicians on tours (including opening for Sturgill Simpson) and has released acclaimed stand-up albums, including Live at Third Man Records, as well as his Hulu special Testify. Davis’ comedy leans into thoughtful storytelling and social observation that feels both personal and universally funny.
