RX Athletes should be able to do multiple reps of T2B/C2B/MU, Rope Climbs, Box Jumps 30"/24". DU's, and be proficient In all lifts.• Individual Intermediate Athletes does NOT mean beginner. This athlete will scale or modify the RX WOD at their gym 25% of the time but is proficient in movement and mechanics. Box Jumps 24/20”, PU/Rope Climbs, HSPUs to 10lb plate and 1 pad.• RX Co-Ed 2 Person Teams are made up of 1 Male and 1 Female and should be able to preform these movements easily: Pull Ups, T2B, Box Jumps 30/24", DU's, and proficient in all of the lifts.• Grit Division: 2-Person F/F or M/M Multi-Level Team - Almost anyone can compete in this division. Workouts are doable but challenging. You will get a partner of any age of the same sex to compete with you. Our Grit ((Multi-Level) Division allows for athletes of all ages, anyone who is into fitness but new to these types of workouts, and anyone that wants to push hard and have fun.
