Join us on the shortest day of the year for a grounding and heart-centered Winter Solstice Yoga practice on the beach. As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather at Mermaid Point to honor the seasonal shift—releasing what no longer serves us and welcoming the return of the light.

This will be a beginner friendly hatha yoga class taught by 
Laurie Kinkel-Dale E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance 
✨ Gentle, warming movement
✨ Pranayama to calm the nervous system
✨ Reflection, intention-setting, and renewal
✨ Deep connection with nature, ocean air, and community

The Winter Solstice is a powerful time to pause, reflect, and plant seeds for the months ahead. Practicing yoga barefoot on the sand, with the sound of the waves and the glow of sunset, offers a truly magical and grounding experience.
What to bring:
• Beach towel or blanket
• Layers for warmth
• Water
• An open heart and mind

All levels welcome.

Dress cozy, arrive a few minutes early, and allow yourself to slow down and be present.
