This intentional space will provide a safe container to discuss what shadow work is, how to optimize our awareness of triggers and intense emotions for healing and growth, and provide tools that can support us on this journey. 

Demystifying the Darkness will include interactive education with group discussion, self-reflection and a meditation. Bring a journal if you’d like! 

This class covers unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that might trigger our “shadow.” We will learn about our relationship to our emotions and how to hear the whispers they are often trying to tell us. I also touch on the use of archetypes in shadow work. 

Although this may seem like a heavy topic, the intention is to develop greater awareness, understanding and acceptance of ourselves and others. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter!
