Followed by a special screening of "The Middle Ground" at 6:15pm at the Harbor Theater:
 
This film explores the "uncommon" but deeply powerful values-based food system that connects the hard work of our small-scale farmers directly to the kitchen tables of food-insecure households. Based on extensive research by Dr. Aparna Katre and evidence-based community initiatives like Nourish, this film takes a deep dive into the power of collaboration. It features the incredible work of local partners you know and trust, including: Duluth Center for Women and Children, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Community Action Duluth (Seeds of Success), and the University of Minnesota Duluth. When our community organizations align their missions, we don't just fill plates, we build a stronger, more self-reliant ecosystem. The documentary is produced by Molly Suzanne Creative, DCWC’s very own Molly Williams!
