Pre-Registration will run from 4 pm – 6 pm on Friday, April 10th.

Registration begins at 7:30 am on Saturday, April 11th. Breakfast will be available until 9:00 am for $12.

The Joint Meeting will begin at 9:00 am and break into separate meetings after the lunch break. Lunch will be a boxed lunch for $12.

After the meetings have concluded, join us for a Smoked Pork Dinner and Candidates Dessert. Dinner will be $25. If you would like to purchase the “Saturday Meal Deal,” it will be $44 for all three meals. The Saturday Meal Deal must be pre-ordered by March 28, 2026. We do ask that you pre-order all meals by March 28st although you may still purchase individual meals at the Aerie.
