Join us for an hour long workout at CrossFit Saol! You can drop in for $15 or sign up for the punch card through CrossFit Saol which is $100 for 10 workouts! All workouts are scalable, all you need is your ruck and sandbag! If you do not have a sandbag then we can bring one for you in some cases or we can adjust your workout to use only the ruck or bodyweight!
