It shows how a de-stabilised climate threatens our economy, the nation’s health and security, and will push up food and energy prices.The National Emergency Briefing is a non-partisan project aimed at informing the general public on the latest situation related to climate change, and has support from a wide range of organisations, including the Royal Meteorological Society, Church of England, WWF and National Trust.The screening, one of many across the UK, will be followed by a guided discussion with the audience. It is being organised by a coalition of local environment groups and is supported by a Climate Action Microgrant from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.Tickets are free but places are limited so please book in advance.  GUIDANCE FOR PARENTS:  Although given a 12A rating by by the British Board of Film Classification, the film was developed for an adult audience and its makers consider it more appropriate for ages 16 and upward.
