What Happens in This Session:

I'll guide you through a calming meditation to help you arrive fully in the present moment. Then you'll experience a crystal sound bath - where the healing vibrations of singing bowls work to put you into deep relaxation and reset your nervous system, leaving you feeling genuinely peaceful, grounded, and renewed.

About Simi:

I'm a certified meditation teacher, sound healer, and wellness coach. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a safe space where you can let go without judgment. Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced for years, you'll feel welcomed and held.

Who This Is For:

Everyone. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and comfortable clothing.
