Herbal Tea Blending Workshop

Join for a workshop on water-based herbal preparations and tea blending as gentle, accessible forms of daily self-care.

We’ll open with seasonal ritual, grounding into our place and the elements within Earth’s cycles. Participants will then learn how water-based preparations extract and carry plant medicine, and how to formulate and blend an herbal tea, considering both energetics and flavor. Together, we’ll meet a small selection of mineral-rich, nourishing herbs through sensory exploration, discussion, and taste.

Each participant will create a custom tea blend to take home and leave with foundational skills for working intentionally with herbal infusions and decoctions in everyday life.

This workshop offers a space to learn slowly and in relationship, honoring both the plants and the body’s innate capacity for movement and renewal.

All materials, including a notebook, light snack, and tea are included.
