Your body has been keeping score of everything you pushed through. Every time you said "I'm fine" when you weren't. Every emotion you swallowed because there was no time to feel it. It's all still in there.
Sacred Renewal is 3 days and 2 nights on 50 acres of quiet, sacred land, held for only 13 women. Not a spa weekend. Not a girls trip. A return to yourself.

Dorota Clifford | Sacred Space, Embodied Movement & Goddess Workshops

Dorota holds the container for the entire weekend. Through embodied movement, emotional release and her Inner Child and Goddess workshops, she guides you back to your power, your truth and your inner authority. With her, nothing is forced and nothing is performed. You are simply held while the real work happens.

Tanya Bissonnette | Fascial Release Bodywork

Tanya is a Physiotherapy Assistant with over 15 years of experience, a Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist through Stretch To Win, and the founder of Intuitive Stretching. She knows the body is always communicating. Stress and life experiences get stored in the fascia, shaping how we move, feel and show up. Tanya will lead a workshop on fascia, nervous system regulation and body awareness, and every woman receives her own personalized 15 minute fascial release session. Additional one on one time is available at extra cost for those called to go deeper.

Lorree Appleby | Sacred Renewal Through Remembering

Lorree is a Radical Living Master Coach and Shamanic Healing Practitioner. Her workshop is a ceremonial experience of self-forgiveness, surrender and remembering. Through guided shamanic journeying, the healing rhythm of the drum, Radical Forgiveness and sacred ritual, you will honour the protective identities that once helped you survive, release the weight of carrying them, and reconnect with the truth of who you are.
