Breath by Flow Hypnosis is a weekly guided breathflow session designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease. Across 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a blend of functional breathwork, gentle somatic practices, and grounding techniques that support clarity, calm, and emotional resilience.
This is a welcoming space - no experience needed, just an open mind and a willingness to slow down. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, mental load, or you simply want to feel more grounded at the end of the week, this session helps you reset your system and return to your natural state of flow.

Facilitated by Julian De Ridder, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and breathwork practitioner based in Northern NSW. Julian is known for his calm, grounded presence and practical, down-to-earth approach to nervous system regulation. Through Flow Hypnosis, he has guided hundreds of clients through anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional tension - blending modern psychology with embodied practices that create real change. His sessions are warm, safe, and thoughtfully held. Expect clarity, space, and a genuinely supportive atmosphere.
What to expect:
Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
Arrive + settle (5 mins)
Gentle grounding, intention setting, easing into the space.
Functional breathwork (10 mins)
Simple patterns to shift the body out of stress mode.
Guided breathflow journey (30–40 mins)
A deeper rhythmic breath sequence to release tension and expand awareness.
Integration + grounding (10 mins)
Slow, gentle breathing to bring the system back to balance.
Reflection (optional)
A few quiet minutes to journal, sit, or simply notice the shift.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat (Optional - the session will be held on soft Ju-Jitsu mats)
A towel or light blanket
Water
Comfortable clothing
An open mind
