Come home to yourself as you release external noise and reconnecting with the quiet wisdom within.
This evening will be focused on grounding, nervous system restoration and heart presence.
Create a deep sense of inner safety, presence, and connection through grounding breathwork and a heart-opening meditation.
A group quantum energy clearing will help release built-up stress and overwhelm, restoring stillness and clarity in body and mind.
Receive hands-on healing supports harmony in the Root and Heart chakras, while grounding sound frequencies gently anchor you into deep peace.

? Friday 13th June - Part II: Voice of the Heart – Awakening Inner Truth + Intuition
Listen deeply to the voice of the heart and inner knowing. This evening is a heart-led journey to awaken your inner voice, access emotional clarity, and reconnect with your soul’s truth. Strengthen the bridge between heart and higher self, and awaken authentic self-expression.
We will begin with a heart and soul activation, followed by a group energy clearing to dissolve emotional and mental blocks.
