This will be an accessible, all-levels practice to nourish your nervous system and connect the mind to body and breath.

Your teachers:
Sat. April 4th and Sat. May 2nd will be with Melissa DeOrazio.  You may have enjoyed her classes at Keller Wellcare, Honeydew Yoga and various other pop up events in the Shoals.  Prior to her move to the Shoals in 2021, she taught at various locations in New Orleans.  

Sat. April 18th and Sat. May 23rd will be with Caroline Webb of Yoga with Care LLC. She is based in Birmingham, offering a holistic approach to her teaching.
