Soothe your nervous system and release into relaxation through mindfulness, rhythmic breathing and the sounds of over-tone-rich instruments. Join us the third Friday of every month for a  one-of-a-kind, immersive sound experience! From tranquil chimes and singing bowls to the deep, resonant tone of chau gongs, allow yourself to be transported by sound "free from the expectation of music."

Expect to sit or lie in relaxation while the deep, earthy tones of the chau gongs and bright, soothing tones of singing bowls and bells wash over you!

You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and bolsters or borrow some of ours. The studio has all that you will need to pad your nest and support your comfort.
