Royal Icing 101

We're going to go step by step, start to finish making royal icing. In addition we'll also be working on:
* coloring icing
* consistency (flooding, piping and detail)
* trouble shooting tips
* intro to florals
* you'll be decorating three cookies with icing that you've prepared

This is a small, hands-on class with a maximum of 10 participants, which means you'll get plenty of personal attention. It also runs a bit longer than my usual classes, so we'll have extra time for questions, in-depth discussions and learning at a relaxed, unhurried pace.
