HOWA 5K

Hospice of West Alabama’s 16th Annual Family 5K will be held April 11, 2026, on the campus of the VA Medical Center. The race will begin at 8:00 am, with registration beginning at 7:00 am in the parking lot at Hospice of West Alabama. Registration is available at runsignup.com/howa5k through April 8, and the first 150 people who register will receive a free t-shirt. The entry fee is $20 prior to race day (ends 4/8/2026) and will be $25 the day of the event. There will also be a small sign-up fee applied to cover processing costs.
