The day will be led by Rev. Tammy Jackson, Senior Pastor of Anniston First UMC. In addition to being an elder in the UMC, Tammy’s passion is in coaching women of all ages to uncover lasting fulfillment in every stage of life. In her book, Ravenous to Fulfilled, Tammy helps challenge women to stop seeking short-term solutions to long-term struggles to find lasting fulfillment. 

We will focus on what these longings are in our own lives, discover resources to help make lasting change, and encourage each other through community and a commitment to strengthen connection beyond that morning.

Update! Stay an hour longer (optional) and end our time with a yoga session from 1-2pm designed for all abilities and experience levels led by Dianne Mancus ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️
