CPR and Defibrillation class

We deliver a 3-hour course covering Adult, Child, and Infant CPR alongside defibrillator use, designed for adults and young people who want to be prepared at home, in their communities, or in the workplace. The training is highly practical, giving participants hands-on experience to handle real emergencies with confidence. Aligned with current safety standards, it strengthens essential lifesaving skills and ensures everyone is ready to act when it counts.
