A Spring Equinox Yoga & Visionboard Workshop
Join Alisha Eden for a nourishing two-hour Yoga workshop to welcome the energy of Ostara, the Spring Equinox—a moment of balance, renewal, and gentle awakening.
This workshop is an invitation to soften out of winter and consciously step into spring. Through Flow Yoga, Meditation, oracle wisdom, journaling and vision boarding. We’ll create space to listen inward, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and begin planting seeds for the year ahead.
Whats included:
-Flow Yoga practice to awaken the body
-Guided Meditation inspired by the Spring Equinox
-Oracle card pull, connected to Ostara’s themes of growth and possibility
-Journalling to tap into your magical manifestation energy
-Vision board creation to gently call in your intentions and dreams for 2026
This is not about forcing change or setting rigid goals. It’s about alignment, intuition, and allowing what’s ready to grow to reveal itself.

All materials for vision boarding will be provided, plus light refreshment.
