Tunnin aikana rakennetaan Saran suunnittelema koreografiaa, jossa pääset heittäytymään ja nauttimaan liikkeestä. Tunti sopii aloittelijoille, voit osallistua ilman mitään aikaisempaa tanssikokemusta. Sensual Commercial (alkeisjatko) Sensual commercial yhdistää commercial dancen näyttävyyden pehmeämpään ja sensuellimpaan liikekieleen. Tunnilla keskitytään flow’hun, kehon hallintaan ja ilmaisullisuuteen. Koreografiassa harjoiteltava liike on sulavaa ja itsevarmaa – tärkeintä on löytää oma tyyli ja nauttia tanssista. Tunnilla tehdään myös lattiatekniikkaa, joten kannattaa ottaa mukaan joko polvisuojat tai säärystimet polvien suojaksi. Tunti sopii säännöllisesti tanssia harrastaville, esimerkiksi commercial dance -tunneille käyville. Sensual Twerk (alkeisjatko) Haluaisitko kokeilla twerkkausta aistikkaan feminiinisessä tunnelmassa? Tällä tunnilla tutustutaan twerkin perustekniikoihin ja lantionhallintaan sekä harjoitellaan Saran suunnittelema sensuelli koreografia, jossa yhdistetään twerkin voimakasta energiaa pehmeään liikekieleen. Nyt jokainen saa päästää sisäisen diivansa valloilleen! Tunnilla tehdään myös lattiatekniikkaa, joten kannattaa ottaa mukaan joko polvisuojat tai säärystimet polvien suojaksi. Harjoituksista ja koreografiasta on tarjolla helpompia ja haastavampia vaihtoehtoja eri tasoisille tanssijoille. Twerkin perustekniikat kuitenkin on hyvä olla hallussa. Sara Omar Sara on intohimoinen tanssija ja tanssinopettaja Tampereelta. Hänellä on monipuolinen tanssitausta yli 13 vuoden ajalta mm. commercialista, dancehallista, female dancehallista, twerkistä, hip hopista ja heelsistä. Sara treenaa säännöllisesti Suomessa ja hakee oppeja ulkomailta. Tanssinopettajana hän on toiminut vuodesta 2018 lähtien valmentaen tanssijoita ympäri Suomen. Kaupallisen alan tanssijana Saralla on kokemusta artistien kanssa työskentelystä, musiikkivideoista, kisoista ja tv-tuotannoista, kuten UMK24-show’sta ja Urheilugaalasta 2025. Saralle on tärkeää luoda tunneillaan turvallinen ja kannustava tila, jossa jokainen pääsee kehittymään ja haastamaan itseään monipuolisesti. She has a diverse dance background spanning over 13 years, including commercial dance, dancehall, female dancehall, twerk, hip hop, and heels. Sara trains regularly in Finland and seeks inspiration abroad. She has been working as a dance instructor since 2018, coaching dancers throughout Finland.
