- **Event Name**: Monday Jazz Happening: FLEN
- **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 02 Nov, 2026 at 07:00 pm – Mon, 02 Nov, 2026 at 11:00 pm (+02:00)
- **Event Description**: FLEN is a chord-free jazz group with members from Sweden and Denmark who have been working together since 2021. Drawing inspiration from the formidable combination of Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry, Archie Shepp, as well as the Swedish towns of Flen, Årsta and Trelleborg, FLEN’s sound has continued to take shape and grow over the last years.

On their upcoming second full-length album, the band expands its expression to incorporate several styles adjacent to jazz, creating space for the members’ strengths both as soloists and composers. With touches of boogie, pop ballads, and Scandinavian melancholy, there is room for both humor and intimacy. The album will be released in November 2026 on the newly founded label Gutophone Records.

Andreas Lundblom - trumpet
Marius Zeeberg - saxophone
Olle Lannér Risenfors - double bass
Kristian Remnelius - drums
