Turku Sensual & Salsa -viikonloppu startataan käyntiin perjantaina 20.3. Tanssistudio Flamassa Carlos Correan parisalsa-workshopilla ja upeilla tanssibileillä! ✨

Illan aikana luvassa on sosiaalitanssia, musiikia ja hyvää seuraa rennossa ilmapiirissä. Isommassa tanssisalissa tanssitaan salsaa ja bachataa ja pienemmässä kizombaa ja urban kiziä.

Carlos on huikea pitkän uran tehnyt kuubalainen tanssinopettaja, jonka tunneilla pääsee sukeltamaan kuubalaiseen kulttuuriin pintaa syvemmälle – huumoria unohtamatta!

Voit ilmoittautua workshopille joko yksin tai oman parin kanssa. Tunnilla vaihdetaan paria ringissä. Halutessaan voi tanssia myös vain oman parin kanssa.

Kaikille Flaman paritunneille voi osallistua viejänä tai seuraajana sukupuoli-identiteetistä riippumatta.

Workshop sopii parisalsan perusteet hallitseville, esimerkiksi vähintään vuoden ajan kuubalaista parisalsaa tanssineille.

The Turku Sensual & Salsa weekend kicks off at Flamas with Carlos Correa’s partner salsa workshop and a fantastic dance party! ✨

The evening will feature social dancing, music, and good company in a relaxed atmosphere. Salsa and bachata will be danced in the larger dance hall, and kizomba and urban kiz in the smaller one.

Tickets are sold at the door, and you can sign up for the pre-party workshop in advance at the Flama online store. You can pay with cash, card, Mobilepay, and exercise benefits.

Remember to take your dance shoes or other indoor shoes with you because the shoes used outdoors will be left in the lobby.

 

Carlos Correa's Pre-Party Workshop: Couple Salsa

Carlos is a Cuban dance teacher with an impressive career, whose classes offer a deeper dive into Cuban culture – not to mention plenty of humor!

You can register for the workshop either alone or with your own partner. During the class, partners will be changed in a circle. If you wish, you can also dance only with your own partner.

Anyone can participate in all Flama´s partner classes as a leader or follower, regardless of gender identity.

The workshop is suitable for those who have mastered the basics of couple salsa, for example, those who have been dancing Cuban couple salsa for at least a year.

Arrival to Flama Linnankatu studio

Dance Studio Flama is located next to Turku Castle at Linnankatu 84. There are free parking spots available in the parking lot behind the studio, and several disc and paid parking areas nearby. Entry to the party is through the door on the Linnankatu side.

Please note that roadworks in the harbor area may affect access to the studio.
