After Aziz Bano Mehdi moved from India to the United States three decades ago, she turned to her kitchen to preserve authentic Indian cooking. She's preserved the soulful techniques of her grandmother's kitchen, from the perfect curries to hand-rolled rotis. We looked forwaed to having her involvement with Cooking as a First Language!
