Connecting to Your Community is the second event in our Roots & Routes program, helping local youth learn more about where they come from, and where they will go in the future! By learning about local government officials and their roles, civic duties, and how they can become involved in the community, youth will gain a greater sense of connection to our community and expand their understanding of how our community functions. Connecting to Your Community is built on fun games, activities, and some special visits from local government officials. This event is FREE for youth ages 11-18 in Wyoming County.
