Our Tulum Cold Plunge offers a traditional ice bath experience to support nervous system reset, mental clarity and deep physical restoration. The plunge is part of a growing return to elemental therapies that use the wisdom of nature to heal the body and sharpen the mind.
Located in the heart of Tulum’s beachfront zone, the Cold Plunge invites you into stillness through cold immersion. The practice is simple, but powerful. In just a few minutes, the body shifts from tension to presence. The breath deepens. The mind clears.
There is no onsite parking at Delek Tulum, but several paid parking lots are located within 100 meters. Arrive a little early to find a space and settle in before your session. The Cold Plunge is open to all, whether you are new to ice baths or returning to the cold as a regular ritual.
