This Thanksgiving, we gather by the sea to honor gratitude and togetherness through a three-course dinner curated with seasonal ingredients and heartfelt intention.

At NEST, simplicity becomes ceremony, candles flicker, the ocean hums in the background, and each dish invites you to pause, share, and give thanks.

Our culinary team presents a menu inspired by warmth and abundance, designed to be enjoyed in our intimate beachfront setting, where nature and comfort meet effortlessly.

Together, we celebrate the beauty of slowing down, savoring connection, and welcoming the changing season with open hearts.

Starter

Roasted pumpkin carpaccio with fresh arugula, toasted pistachios & lime yogurt mousse

Main Course

Grilled turkey breast, finished with a plum and pasilla chili sauce
Served with glazed baby potatoes and house-made gravy

Dessert

Individual pecan pie & apple tarte tatin with artisan vanilla ice cream
