This vacation combines everything into a complete package: beautiful and unique lodging, amazing and healthy food, multiple workouts/day, spa treatments, guided tours, and lots of R & R by the pool right on the beach. A typical day will start with a beach walk, followed by a healthy breakfast, then a boot camp-style class. Afternoons look different every day and sometimes include a second workout, a massage, swimming in cenote or some beach time. After an amazing dinner, you wrap up the evening with some yoga or meditation.
