This edition of 6D is not about mourning — it’s about remembering, honoring, and celebrating all that has passed: loved ones, moments, and versions of ourselves that shaped who we are today.

Through movement, ritual, connection, and dance, we’ll journey across the six dimensions of self — mental, physical, emotional, relational, environmental, and spiritual — to release the old and awaken to life anew.

Share presence in a guided practice of heart-to-heart connection.

Celebrate nourishment and gratitude through a conscious eating experience.

A liberating dance journey to celebrate life itself — for you, for those who came before, and for all that’s still to come.

Inspired by Día de los Muertos, this 6D blends Mexican ancestral wisdom with the essence of modern consciousness work.

🌺 Expect:

• A communal altar of remembrance (ofrenda) — bring a small photo or item to honor someone or something meaningful to you.
• Cempasúchil (marigold) flowers, candles, and sacred cacao.
• Music and ritual bridging the ancient and the now.

It’s a space to honor death as a teacher, and life as the celebration it truly is.

No experience is needed — only an open heart and the willingness to feel, move, and remember.
