Yoga for Warriors is a class designed for veterans, active duty military, and first responders, the people who spend their lives showing up for everyone else.

Using the tools of breath, movement, and mindfulness, this class helps you sleep better, manage chronic pain, and feel stronger in body and mind.

FREE for veterans, active duty & first responders (donations welcome). Open to the general public.
