You are invited to a reading by Indigenous women poets who will talk about what rematriation means to them and how it has affected their writing.
Guest poets are Claire Collins (Six Nations of the Grand River, working with Kanien'kéha or Mohawk) and Aimee Inglis (The Osage Nation of Oklahoma, working with Wahzhazhe and
also European heritage).
Chelsea Tayrien will speak and lead a short workshop on what rematriation looks like and could mean for your writing process.
