For Marlon, yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a practice of learning to hold, examine, and gently reshape the stories we carry in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Through breath, mindful movement, meditation, and reflection, participants cultivate presence, resilience, and a deeper capacity to meet themselves and one another with curiosity and compassion.

This all-levels class welcomes every body and every level of experience.

Offered on a donation basis. Give what you can. Every contribution supports The Threshold Journey and the founding of The Table, a Human Development Lodge in Nairobi National Park, Kenya.
