The music gives the shape and your body chooses the way.

No choreography. No dance experience needed. No right way to move.

You can move big, move small, stay close to the floor, face the wall, rest when you need to, or simply let the music meet you where you are.

How we hold the dance floor:

The Get Down is a focused, respectful dance space where people can move freely without being watched, filmed, interrupted, or pressured.

On the dance floor:

No phones.

No cameras.

No talking.

No street shoes.

Please respect consent when engaging with others. Wait for a clear yes before approaching someone to dance, and respect a no immediately.
