Using gentle, guided movement as medicine, you’ll be supported in safely releasing stored emotional weight (without needing the perfect words to describe it.)

This experience is guided by trauma-informed somatic practitioner Hannah Demuth, founder of High Vibrations Co. 

If you’ve been feeling heavy, stuck, reactive, or tired of “understanding” your patterns but still feeling them in your body, this space is for you.
