Join us for our Seasonal Sound Bath with Sana Meditation as we honor the shift into late autumn with intention, stillness, and sound.
This immersive experience blends crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing frequencies to invite deep rest and a nervous system reset. Guided by Sana Meditation, you’ll be supported in grounding your energy, releasing seasonal tension, and preparing your body and mind for the inward journey of winter.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort (optional: eye pillow or journal). Dress in layers for the crisp fall air.

Enjoy a peaceful walk through the Garden’s natural beauty before class begins (Garden admission required for non-members).
