During this 75-minute experience, participants will be guided in breathing, restorative yoga, and meditation to the healing soundscape of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and so much more. Limited to just 8 participants, plan to relax, rejuvenate, and receive a healing sound experience unlike any other.

No yoga experience is required.
Restorative poses are held 3-5 minutes and supported using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and more. 
All yoga props are provided.

Cost: $40/person 

Facilitators: Melissa Cameron, Licensed Professional Counselor and Amy Hamilton, owner of SoundScapes Tulsa.
