Before finals and the busy holiday season kick into high gear, take an hour to slow down, breathe and recharge. TCC’s Wellness Services, McKeon Center for Creativity, and the Office of the Dean of Students and Accessibility are teaming up to offer a free sound bath and breathwork experience open to everyone.

During this experience, you’ll be guided through breathwork, a sound bath meditation and opportunities for community connection in a calm, restorative environment.

Prizes: The first 10 attendees will receive a FREE yoga mat. All participants will be entered to win a meditation pillow.

Leading the experience is Diane Haney, founder of Rose Rock Vibes. She is a wellness facilitator who blends music, mindfulness, somatic practices and restorative meditation techniques to create calming spaces for reflection, relaxation and renewal.

Details:
•	Arrive by 1:50 p.m. to get settled before the session begins promptly at 2 p.m. 
•	Bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or a pillow
•	Wear comfortable clothes
•	Give yourself permission to pause
